Everyone registered for Innovations in Testing 2020 will be automatically enrolled in the new virtual conference.
Existing sponsor commitments will be automatically transferred to the virtual conference. We will do our absolute best as we recreate sponsor benefit packages to produce a rewarding experience through engagement and visibility. Although we are still working through these packages, let us tell you a little about the Sponsorship Opportunities that we are currently crafting:
Once we have our final packages, we will email them to all sponsors that are still supporting the 2020 conference.
We hope that you will continue to be involved in the conference as a sponsor, but we understand the impact that COVID-19 is having on organizations and respect your decision if you need to withdraw your sponsorship. We will refund all sponsorship funds should you decide to withdraw. Simply email email@example.com with your decision. If you are undecided on how you would like to proceed and feel you need more time, that is certainly acceptable. We are happy to connect with you once we solidify virtual sponsorship packages and you can make your decision later.

It simply became clear that with new and more aggressive COVID-19 protocols being put into place every day, many of our would-be attendees and presenters are absorbed with keeping their workplaces and home lives functioning. We also understand that you, our valued sponsors, have had to shift your focus and priorities on new critical aspects of your business, so we have made the decision to move this event to late spring or summer.
We are looking into the best platform to give attendees the best virtual experience. Once we have confirmed the platform, we will let everyone know.
Yes, we will provide training for the platform we end up using. We will send out more information on training soon.
We were originally hoping to deliver this digital conference in late March, on the same dates that the original onsite Innovations conference was going to be held. But again - current events have interrupted our best laid plans. With children home from school, and staff within all organizations having to primarily focus on working through challenges that this unprecedented situation has caused within their businesses - we have again seen fit to delay this event until late spring or summer. We will have more information on this event soon.
We are offering all presenters who were scheduled to present sessions in San Diego an opportunity to present virtually. We will be reconfirming with all presenters and will post the virtual program on a new virtual program web page once we have reconfirmed.
Yes, all sessions will be recorded and available after the conference for attendees. This gives you access to all sessions, unlike any other ATP conference in the past!
Yes, you can still access conference materials and information through the mobile app, Attendify. We are making some final touches and will send out more information on how to download soon.
