Hotel Accommodations
The Westin Mission Hills, Villas, Hilton Garden Inn, and the Homewood Suites Palm Desert may now be sold out. This changes daily when guests cancel reservations, so we encourage you to try to book a hotel room at the venue of your choice. We have secured another block of rooms at the nearby Courtyard by Marriott Palm Desert. We will provide shuttle transportation between the Westin Mission Hills and this overflow property.

For 2015, we have three blocks of rooms to choose from:

Book at the main conference hotel, the Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa.

Book at the Villas within the Mission Hills complex at the same rate. These villas are a 10 minute walk, or complimentary resort shuttle ride, away from the conference center. The rooms are spacious, and are being sold at the same rate as the rooms within Mission Hills Golf Resort and Spa.

Book at the overflow hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Springs Rancho Mirage. This hotel is just a few minutes away, and we’ll provide shuttle service during peak conference hours. The rate is just $119 per night!

Conference Room Rate: $249.00 Single/Double plus $12 resort fee and taxes – Rooms are limited so book early! This special ATP attendee rate is only valid through February 6th, 2015 based on availability.
Reservations: Book your room online or call 1-877-253-0041. Please identify yourself as a guest attending the ATP Conference. Hotel reservations will be accepted at the conference rate until February 6, 2015 and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. All guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available.
Option 2 of 3: Westin Mission Hills Resort Villas
Enjoy extra space at the same group rate! Just a quick 10 minute walk, or a short shuttle ride away, the villas provide extra space and comfort. (Note that the resort fee is combined into the rate for this property.)

This overflow property allows for a substantially lower room rate with the conveniences of a free shuttle to and from the conference hotel throughout the conference hours.

The Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa is located only 6 miles from the Palm Springs International Airport (PSP).

Option 1: Taxi
A taxi from PSP to the Westin is approximately $25 (one way).
Option 2: AM/PM Shuttle Service
Palm Springs Airport to the Westin Mission Hills is $15.00 per person (one way).

Payment Method: Cash/Credit Card/PayPal Invoicing – Drivers carry Smartphone/Tablet that can process your Credit Card on the spot. We recommend to prepay your reservation if you are paying on Credit Card/Debit Card. Otherwise pay cash to the driver and a receipt is available upon request.
Arrival: Upon arrival into Palm Springs Int’l Airport (PSP) the Meet/Greet Personnel will be standing at the Arrival Entrance with the Sign of AM/PM Shuttle Service and the ATP Logo.
