We look forward to welcoming attendees back onsite for the 2022 Innovations in Testing Conference. Throughout the onsite experience, we will have safety procedures in place to ensure a safe, exciting, and educational experience for all.
We’re working closely with our partners at the Hyatt Regency Orlando and will continue to monitor and adjust our health and safety procedures on an ongoing basis based on recommendations from the CDC and local authorities.
Below you will find a list of our safety protocols we will have in place for the conference. You must follow these protocols to attend the conference.
We will have hand sanitizer available throughout the meeting space for your convenience. We suggest each attendee bring their own mask, but we will have extras available if needed.
We also recognize the people have different comfort levels when it comes to networking, so we’re encouraging attendees to make your individual comfort level known. Stickers will be provided that will go on your name badge and will let other attendees see what your comfort level may be.
RED: If you want to always stay 3 feet apart, we will have a red sticker for you.
YELLOW: Are you okay with an elbow bump? Grab a yellow sticker.
GREEN: Or if you're comfortable with standard networking, grab a green sticker.
It’s up to you and your individual comfort level.

To allow attendees to provide this information we’re partnering with CLEAR Health Pass which provides a secure, digital proof of COVID-related health information via the free CLEAR mobile app. Complete your health screening with Health Pass by CLEAR ahead of time for expedited check-in and entry to the conference!
Follow these steps:
For a step-by-step enrollment guide, please visit the CLEAR website.
Make sure you have a valid ID and a copy of your CDC vaccination card with you or your negative COVID test result. We don’t think you will need it, but please have it just in case.
If you are an international attendee, the CLEAR app may not support your access. If so, please bring a hard copy of your negative COVID test or vaccination card, along with a valid photo ID. You will present those items at the COVID/CLEAR help desk when arriving at the Conference.
We will have a staffed desk onsite at the conference as you enter the meeting space to assist any attendee with their CLEAR health pass and answer any questions you may have. We are asking all attendees to have their health pass open and ready to be shown to receive your badge.
If you have any questions, please email atp@designingevents.com.
