Health And Safety Procedures

We look forward to welcoming attendees back onsite for the 2022 Innovations in Testing Conference. Throughout the onsite experience, we will have safety procedures in place to ensure a safe, exciting, and educational experience for all.

We’re working closely with our partners at the Hyatt Regency Orlando and will continue to monitor and adjust our health and safety procedures on an ongoing basis based on recommendations from the CDC and local authorities.

What can you expect when attending in-person?

Below you will find a list of our safety protocols we will have in place for the conference. You must follow these protocols to attend the conference.

  1. All attendees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination or receive a negative PCR COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of Sunday, March 20, 2022 or a negative rapid COVID-19 test result within 48 hours of Sunday, March 20, 2022.
  2. All attendees must always wear a mask regardless of vaccination status. Attendees may remove masks when eating or drinking in the designated areas.
  3. We will have social distancing in place, so please follow any social distance instructions and signs while attending the conference.
  4. All attendees must re-evaluate your health each morning before joining the conference. If you have any symptoms, please do not enter the conference. View symptoms >
  5. Follow all CDC guidelines: Wash your hands often, use provided sanitizer stations, cover your cough or sneeze.

We will have hand sanitizer available throughout the meeting space for your convenience. We suggest each attendee bring their own mask, but we will have extras available if needed.

We also recognize the people have different comfort levels when it comes to networking, so we’re encouraging attendees to make your individual comfort level known. Stickers will be provided that will go on your name badge and will let other attendees see what your comfort level may be.

RED: If you want to always stay 3 feet apart, we will have a red sticker for you.

YELLOW: Are you okay with an elbow bump? Grab a yellow sticker.

GREEN: Or if you're comfortable with standard networking, grab a green sticker.

It’s up to you and your individual comfort level.
