Guest Fee: $300 (Covers networking events and meals)
*Please note the guest fee is an optional add-on available only to fully registered attendees and is designed for accompanying guests. It allows access to networking events and meal functions, but does not cover admission to the educational sessions. This fee is not intended for additional team members who plan to participate in the full conference program.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your conference registration and receive a full refund, less a $75 processing fee by notifying ATP in writing of the cancellation no later than January 7, 2026. No refunds will be granted after this date, although substitutions will be allowed at any time. Refund and substitution requests should be emailed to ATP@canvasmeetings.com.
