The ATP conference committees are the backbone of this event and is 100% volunteer based. The conference has three committees that play a huge role in setting the vision of the conference. These committees are the Executive Committee, Program Committee, and Marketing Committee. These committee members and ATP leadership (including the Board of Directors and ATP staff) work tirelessly on all aspects of conference planning. These committees include people from all facets of the assessment world, guaranteeing content of interest to a wide range of industry professionals. Meet these individuals below.
Isabelle Gonthier, Ph.D., is the Senior Vice President of Assessment Services at PSI Services, where she oversees the psychometric, test development, and language assessment development teams within the global credentialing organization. She has been highly engaged in the testing and credentialing industry for almost 20 years. Over the course of her career, Dr. Gonthier has managed and overseen the development and administration of large-scale licensure and certification examinations and assessment tools for various professions in the healthcare, financial, and IT sectors. She brings her unique perspective of being both a test sponsor and a testing services provider to the work she does across the testing industry, including her volunteer work with various industry associations.
Brodie has over 24 years in the technology field with a focus in the online assessment industry. His primary expertise is in partner relations, new business development, market development, and operational efficiencies. He is a known industry influencer with ATP, the IT Certification Council (ITCC,) and the Performance Testing Council (PTC). He served as the ATP Marketing Chair from 2018 – 2020, and he will be the ATP Conference Chair in 2024.
Bridget is a results-oriented professional with over 20 years of success in all aspects of program management, including marketing, development, launch, and program transition. As the leader of program management and the project management office, Bridget makes certain that the service expectations of all clients are met or exceeded by her team of expert program managers. Bridget has an added focus of bringing ongoing process improvement and quality assurance to the company’s growing business.
Bridget is also responsible for leadership of Pearson VUE’s “Innovation through Partnership” program, which involves evaluating, integrating, and managing vendors and their technologies to supplement Pearson VUE’s system capabilities. Her in-depth understanding of clients’ testing challenges—resulting from direct oversight of their programs—allows her to leverage technology partners who can both meet client needs and integrate well with our internal processes. Bridget possesses a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of St. Thomas.
Melissa R. Nosik, PhD, BCBA-D, ICE-CCP is the Deputy CEO of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and oversees the Testing and Operations Departments at the organization. Dr. Nosik received her doctorate in 2013 from the University of Nevada, Reno. During her 8-year tenure at the BACB, Dr. Nosik has assisted with the development of a technician-level credential which is delivered bi-modally and has grown to 140K active certificants since its inception in 2015. Overall, the BACB, a rapidly growing certification organization, manages approximately 190K certificants worldwide who are practitioners in behavior analysis. Dr. Nosik is a Certified Credentialing Professional through the Institute of Credentialing Excellence. Her professional interests include credentialing, measurement and assessment development, public policy, mentorship practices, dissemination, and employee retention and management practices. Dr. Nosik has 15 years of experience in ABA clinical practice and has trained behavior analysts both in the United States and internationally. She has served as a board member and organized professional conventions for the Tennessee, Nevada, and Colorado Associations for Behavior Analysis. Dr. Nosik has worked in the credentialing profession for 8 years and serves on the International Credentialing Task Force for the Institute for Credentialing Excellence.
Stephanie Dille is Chief Marketing Officer at Meazure Learning (formerly ProctorU and Yardstick Assessment Strategies), a tech-enabled provider of online proctoring and assessment. She brings over 25 years of testing industry experience and leadership to her role and currently leads a full-service, integrated marketing team across digital, brand, web, design, content marketing and proposals.
Prior to joining ProctorU, Stephanie was head of global marketing at Pearson VUE and prior to that spent time in both corporate and clinical assessment. She is a strong supporter of industry organizations including ATP, ITCC and ICE and currently serves as Chair for the ATP Marketing Committee. She has been involved in various roles with ATP throughout her tenure, including serving on its Board of Directors. Stephanie holds a BA in Psychology from University of Minnesota and MBA in Marketing from University of St. Thomas.
